The NOCN Functional Skills qualification in English at Entry 1, 2 and 3 are qualifications developed under the QCDA Functional Skills programme, which is available in England only. The qualifications are designed to develop and assess Functional Skills at Entry Level as determined by the Functional Skills criteria.
